Last updated: 15 July 2026
Effective from: 15 July 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AILearnPath Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202984731M), a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 88 Telok Ayer Street, #12-03, Singapore 048469 ("AILearnPath", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website at ailearnpath.pro, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a programme, attending a lab session or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Services description
AILearnPath offers general AI and machine learning education services, including but not limited to:
- Structured learning pathways covering AI foundations, Python for data science, prompt engineering, responsible AI, generative AI and related topics;
- Practical lab sessions conducted at our Telok Ayer campus and through supervised online environments;
- Cohort-based modules with instructor guidance, peer discussion and assessed projects;
- Capstone projects and portfolio-building exercises;
- Corporate training engagements for employer-sponsored learners;
- Educational content, resources and community forums accessible through our website and learning platforms.
Programme descriptions, schedules, prerequisites and fees published on our website or in enrolment materials form part of these Terms. We reserve the right to update curricula, instructors, venues and delivery formats to maintain educational quality, provided that enrolled learners receive reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Eligibility and enrolment
To enrol in AILearnPath programmes, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, unless participating in a designated youth workshop with verifiable parental consent;
- Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during enrolment;
- Meet stated prerequisites for the selected pathway, as described in programme materials;
- Agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any programme-specific conditions communicated at enrolment;
- Pay applicable fees by the stated deadline, or provide valid SkillsFuture Credit or employer sponsorship documentation where applicable.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or approved sponsorship) and written confirmation from AILearnPath. We reserve the right to decline or cancel enrolments at our discretion, including where prerequisites are not met, capacity is reached or payment is not received.
4. Fees, payment and subsidies
Programme fees are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) where applicable. Payment terms include:
- Fees must be paid in full before programme commencement unless an instalment plan or corporate invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing;
- SkillsFuture Credit claims and government subsidies are subject to eligibility criteria set by the relevant authorities; AILearnPath assists with documentation but does not guarantee approval;
- Late payments may result in suspension of access to learning materials and lab sessions until the account is settled;
- Prices are subject to change for future cohorts; confirmed enrolments are honoured at the price stated at the time of booking.
Refund and cancellation terms are set out in Section 5 below. Except as stated therein, all fees are non-refundable once a programme has commenced.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
5.1 Cancellation by learner
If you wish to cancel your enrolment before programme commencement, the following applies:
- More than fourteen (14) days before start date — full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable administrative charge of SGD 50 or ten per cent (10%) of the programme fee, whichever is lower;
- Between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before start date — fifty per cent (50%) refund of fees paid;
- Less than seven (7) days before start date — no refund, but you may transfer your place to another cohort of the same programme within six (6) months, subject to availability and a transfer fee of SGD 100;
- After programme commencement — no refund for withdrawal, except in exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement) assessed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method.
5.2 Cancellation by AILearnPath
We may cancel or reschedule a programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, venue issues or force majeure events. In such cases, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost. AILearnPath's liability is limited to the refund of fees paid for the affected programme.
5.3 Lab session bookings
Individual lab session bookings may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Cancellations with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice forfeit the session fee. No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
6. Learner conduct and acceptable use
By participating in AILearnPath programmes, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate respectfully in cohort discussions and lab activities;
- Complete assignments and assessments honestly, without plagiarism, unauthorised collaboration or use of prohibited tools unless explicitly permitted;
- Use campus facilities, equipment and online learning environments responsibly and in accordance with posted guidelines;
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour or any conduct that interferes with other learners' education;
- Not record, distribute or publish instructor materials, session recordings or proprietary content without written permission;
- Not use AILearnPath resources to develop harmful, illegal or unethical AI applications.
Violation of these standards may result in warning, suspension or termination of enrolment without refund, at AILearnPath's discretion. Serious misconduct may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 AILearnPath materials
All course content, curricula, lab exercises, slide decks, code templates, assessments, branding, website design and other materials provided by AILearnPath are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes during and after your enrolled programme. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell or create derivative works from AILearnPath materials without prior written consent.
7.2 Learner work
You retain ownership of original work you create during programmes, including code, projects and capstone submissions. By submitting work for assessment, you grant AILearnPath a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised examples for educational, marketing and quality improvement purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
7.3 Third-party content
Programmes may incorporate open-source libraries, licensed datasets and third-party tools subject to their own terms. You are responsible for complying with applicable licences when using such resources in your projects.
8. Certificates and credentials
Upon satisfactory completion of a pathway — defined as meeting attendance requirements, passing assessments and submitting required projects — AILearnPath may issue a completion certificate. Certificates include your name, programme title, completion date and a verification reference. They do not confer academic credit toward university degrees, professional certification or government licensing unless explicitly stated in programme documentation.
AILearnPath reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates where completion requirements were not genuinely met, academic misconduct occurred or certificates were obtained through misrepresentation.
9. Website use
Your use of ailearnpath.pro is subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, learner accounts or restricted areas;
- Transmit malware, spam or harmful code through contact forms or other inputs;
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content without permission;

We may suspend or terminate website access for violations without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:
- AILearnPath services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
- We do not warrant uninterrupted access to website, learning platforms or lab facilities;
- Educational content reflects current industry practices at the time of delivery; AI technology evolves rapidly and materials may become outdated;
- We do not guarantee employment, income, business success or specific learning outcomes;
- Third-party tools, libraries and platforms integrated into programmes are subject to their own availability and terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, AILearnPath Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, instructors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AILearnPath for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AILearnPath, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, infringement of third-party rights through your submitted work or violation of applicable law.
13. Force majeure
AILearnPath shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks or labour disputes. We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected learners and offer rescheduling or refunds where appropriate.
14. Privacy and data protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described therein. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].
15. Modifications to terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email or through our learning platform at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
17. General provisions
- Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and programme-specific conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and AILearnPath;
- Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force;
- Waiver — Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right;
